What are Fortnite scrims?
Scrims are custom matches run by community servers so competitive players can practise in tournament-like lobbies. Sessions are organised through Discord, lobby codes usually arrive by bot, and rules typically ask you to avoid early fighting, play for the endgame and not team or steal loot.
Do I need a high Power Ranking to use this?
No. PR is one input, not a gate. A player with no PR yet gets matched with others at the same stage, which is exactly the match a leaderboard-sorted board cannot make.
