9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Lyon, France, using the French language, in accordance with the rules of the French Arbitration Association.

11. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GAMEVERSE regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and GAMEVERSE.

Waiver and Severability

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
