Collection and Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

As part of your subscription to the Service launch mailing list and the Newsletter, the personal data collected is as follows: email address.

For the Service launch mailing list, the purpose of this collection is to inform you of the effective launch of the Service and to give you priority access to our private beta program.

For the Newsletter, the purpose of this collection is to send you our latest news, information about our Services, and any promotional offers via email.

This data is retained until you request to unsubscribe from our Newsletter.

Creation of a Personal Account

As part of creating a personal account, the personal data collected includes: name, first name, pseudonym, email, date of birth, gender, address, phone number. The mandatory nature of this data collection is indicated, where applicable, by an asterisk.

The purpose of collecting your data is as follows: creating a personalized user profile to allow you to use the Service; interacting with other users; contacting us and accessing Service support; sending you our latest news, information about our services, and any promotional offers via email; keeping you informed of Service updates; and, where applicable, enabling us to bill for paid Services.

This data is retained until you request to close your personal account.

As part of the contact form, the personal data collected includes: name, first name, email, phone number, address. The mandatory nature of this data collection is indicated, where applicable, by an asterisk.

The purpose of collecting your data depends on your selection in the dropdown menu:

Processing a query about a service or order
Handling an issue related to after-sales service or quality

This data is only retained for the time necessary to process your request submitted via the contact form, subject to any legal retention obligations.
