The fastest way to find a Lost Ark raid static is to build it from the in-game Party Finder, fill two parties of four to make an 8-player raid, and keep the people who show up on time and meet the item level gate. The current raid on the Western servers, the Belgardin Shadow Raid added with the October 21, 2026 update, takes 8 players at item level 1750 (Normal), 1770 (Hard) or 1780 (Nightmare), and the 2026 server merge cut the Western servers from 12 to 5, so there are fewer worlds to search.
We checked the official release notes, the server merge notice and the "Update on Lost Ark in the West" post on playlostark.com, plus press coverage of the merge schedule, on November 2, 2026. Anything that rests only on press reports is labelled as such.

How parties and raids work
Lost Ark's standard party holds four players. Bigger content joins two parties of four into one 8-player group, so a raid static is really two halves: a main party of four and a second party of four, ideally with supports spread across both. The official release notes for the Kazeros Extreme raids and the Belgardin Shadow Raid list 8 players for every difficulty.
That is why half-full groups stall: seven committed players are still stuck without the eighth.
Raids and item level gates
These are the figures in the official release notes on playlostark.com, as of November 2, 2026:
- Belgardin Shadow Raid (October 21, 2026 update): 8 players, Normal 1750, Hard 1770, Nightmare 1780. The entry count is shared across all difficulties and resets every Wednesday, and leaving mid-run still uses an entry. Matching Mode uses the Normal requirement of 1750.
- Kazeros Raid Act 1 Extreme (July 2026): 8 players, Normal 1720, Hard 1750, Nightmare 1770, one weekly entry per roster shared across difficulties, no Individual Revival in Nightmare. We found no official end date, so check in game whether it is still open.
- Kazeros Raid Act 2 Extreme (The Bitter Cold): same tiers; its challenge period ran from August 12 to September 16, 2026, so it is over.
Item level gates matter for a static because everyone has to clear the same bar. A group that mixes people at 1720 and 1770 either runs Normal and wastes the stronger players, or runs Nightmare and carries the weaker ones. Agree on one difficulty and one minimum item level before you invite anyone.
What the server merge changes
Amazon Games' server merge notice on playlostark.com, published in early August 2026, set out a merge of 12 Western servers into 5: Inanna, Vairgrys and Thaemine in NA East, Elpon and Arcturus in EU Central. Phase 1 was set for August 26 and phase 2 for September 2; press coverage reports that the second wave was then pushed back to September 9. Fewer servers mean more people per server, which helps 8-player groups.
Two practical consequences:
- Re-check your roster. If your old static lived on a merged server, confirm who is still active and which character names carried over.
- Look for gaps. Item level ranges still fragment the Party Finder list, so be specific in your listing.
Separately, Amazon Game Studios posted on August 12, 2026 that Smilegate, the game's creator, will take over operating Lost Ark in the West, with the transition targeted for early 2027. Per that post, characters, progression, inventory and purchases transfer, but in-game mail, chat history, friends list memos and group names, and guild member nicknames and memos do not. Claim mail items before the transition and keep a list of your static outside the game. The exact date had not been announced when we checked.
The Korean version is a separate service that Smilegate RPG publishes itself. The handover changes who runs the Western servers, not who plays on them.
What a static agrees on
A static is just a recurring group, and it lasts when the rules are written down early.

How to find people to play with
- In-game Party Finder: the first stop. It lets you list or join a lobby for raid content. Put the raid, difficulty, item level and time in the listing; vague ones attract the wrong people.
- Matchmaking: some raids have a matching mode. The July 2026 notes say Serca Matchmaking (item level 1710) takes solo players or pre-made parties of 2 to 3, and is disabled for a pre-made party of 4. It is useful for finishing content, but it does not build a standing group.

- Guilds: a guild with raid-minded members is often the easiest way to get a stable second party.

Tips for a static that lasts
- Recruit one extra: with 8 slots, one absence cancels the night.
- Write the minimum item level in the invite: it filters out mismatches early.
- Run a trial night with new members.
- Keep contacts outside the game: a Discord or a written list survives the 2027 handover.
